“Jaimashi” is a form of greating used by the Christian community. It is painted on the edge of the slum, facing the sacred river of Bagmati, which is now buried under a massive rubbish tip.

Dhanybhad means”thank you” in Nepali. It was share by the children of the slum.

We’re in Kathmandu, Nepal, for the 3rd episode of Share The Word. The first word we were given to paint is “Welcome”. The piece takes up 10 houses around a square in the slum of Bainsighat.

We have started a new episode of our Share The Word project, this time in our hometown of Caen, with the prostitutes. The idea is the same, we ask them to express a word which we then paint on their vans. D. shared the word “Amour” (love).
